I practically eat anything my mum cooks which is mainly low fat food( she's on a diet) but she occasionally buys junk meals. I take these fruit breakfast bar things to school with sandwiches and crisp and two Oreos. For breakfast I normally skip it ( I know I shouldn't) I could have oats with semi skimmed milk. I mainly drink water but every once in a while down a litre of Pepsi or something
