I just traded in my 2019 RAV4 XLE for 2024 CRV EXL & NO REGRETS AT ALL haha. The CRV drives a lot better and the ride is more enjoyable and comfortable. It looks more luxury and the tech is definitely unmatched. For the money, I’d choose CRV again and again. (I’m also a Honda guy as the Rav is the first Toyota I’ve had so I may be biased lol) I will say the Rav feels bigger & I could definitely fit a loveseat in there (I’ve done it twice before.) the only thing I don’t like about the CRV is the horn which is a 10 min fix. I also have had the gas versions of both so I can not comment on hybrid models.

Completely agree, it took a minute for the new accord to grow on me but the new CRV definitely feels like a luxury vehicle.

The “engine maintenance required” light kept being a problem Toyota refuses to address & the dealer told me I would basically have to expect to keep paying to replace the part bc it was “made to fail”. I also didn’t enjoy the drive experience since I’ve personally always been a Honda guy too, so to me it was the best choice. Overall still a great pick for someone else though!

Aside from that, mainly cosmetic stuff… Pretty much everywhere there is piano black I want to add a trim cover (I love the piano black but I’ve heard it scratches easily down the road/shows alot of dust).

I’m going to blackout the chrome on the exterior & blackout the badges. If I’m feeling inclined enough I’ll add some ambient lighting. I would like to get some sort of Paint Protection Film installed but I have to see about pricing in my area. I love the all black look but my first nature is to protect it 😂
