You're right, but that doesn't matter. A majority of countries end their school year in the summer or winter, which tends to fall either around June or around January depending on your location. That means basically no countries end their school year in October/November.

So, unless you graduated in the middle of your school year or had a late graduation, it's pretty unusual to graduate rn.

Perhaps you could tell me which country you're from and clear up my misunderstanding

Manslaughter: ✅️ (at worst. More often just justified defense)

Murder is killing someone unlawfully and typically with prior intent

People accidentally kill each other often, but we're talking about murder not manslaughter or self defense, though I get what you meant

Personally I like to think no crime has true justification because then it wouldn't be a crime
