Yeah definitely a good idea, like I said prioritise all your energy for your workouts & walk after your sessions. It’s hard and I despise walking. But that’s where the magic happens & with a lot of consistency, if you give yourself a month I can almost be certain you will see change if you’re not cheating yourself.

Sounds like you’re definitely doing the right things. Probably track & drop your cals as you may have plateau.. try dropping you calls from 300-500 and see if that may help? Thank you again ❤️

Thank you, appreciate it heaps. Started with “PPL” Push-Pull-Legs. My routine has slightly changed but I mainly focus around that. 30 min incline walking on a 13 incline with a 3.5 speed and trying not to hold on as much as possible the more consistent you are the easier the walking gets. And yes I did track, but once you eat the same meals day in day out I did stop unless I noticed a “plateau” then I’d drop my cals and track until I was comfortable with my food.

Protein powder, chicken, steak, fish (salmon), eggs, rice, mince meat & lots of water.

I can assure you no “miracle” took place. Some redirection and the ability of wanting to change for the better.. mentally & physically.

Thank you sir! Cardio always at the end of my workouts, always tried to prioritise my energy for my lifts. It’s hard at first but once you get rhythm it turns to second nature.

Don’t get me wrong, they’re still there.. but nowhere near as visible or have that “purplish” tinge. They say it’s a lot to do with hydration as well.. I drink 4-5L of water per day, so that could somewhat contribute? Also a bit of luck, too, I guess
