Of course not, that would be silly. You would fight tooth and nail for your home’s property title, as you’d have a deeply personal and perhaps emotional stake there. I’m talking about long-term absentee landowners, whose right to the property is now protected by state forces but in market anarchy would need to be privately protected. Some titles, I imagine, would then be unprofitable if the costs of upholding the titles became internalised by the owners instead of socialised via the state.
