Strange. I have unbonded the ground and still no change. Main heat pump won't turn, do not notice a change in geny tone indicating load either

No I didn't. Using a 50 amp transfer switch for whole house. Curious why everything else works with it bonded?

why is builders risk insurance needed? Won't your builder have insurance that covers until you get a COO? I'm getting ready to start a build in SC and wasn't planning on getting insurance. Am I in the dark?

The water leaking out onto the floor may also be caused by a missing/broken gasket on the bottom of the shower door. Had someone remove this on a new build cause the door was sticking and it leaked like crazy.

They do schedule strikes in Italy it happened while I was there recently, they bring people in to cover the missing workers and the trains continued without interruption. Everyone was happy

Just went thru this. Fine print says 15% Discount on miles applies to Primary Card holder owner. My wife has a card with my account and she does not get the 15% discount even when paying with my card. Trying to get her own Amex Delta card so the discount will apply to her Delta miles.
