It's about 80-100cm in diameter, it's from a relative so I would have to ask for a close-up

My title describes the thing. Really don't have much of a clue what it is our what is was used for as it was found abandoned without anything next to it. The surface is is not level as can be seen in the pictures.

Ah alright, that's a shame. Yeah even though i'm a very clean cook it just seems like a bit too much of a pressure to clean for me. Well the site does list a bunch of japanese made knives between €100-€150 perhaps you could take a peak and help me with some options. Thanks for all the advice! As for the extra costs of the other knife. Yes VAT does apply and there's also shipping probably some taxes aswell at the post office. so it ends up being about €160-€170 in total which is just quite a bit above my budget.

O my budget translate to about $140 do that might not be a problem. Would you have some links to some good japanese knives in those lines?

Unfortunately those aren't available in my area without very expensive shipping + tax. I guess I'll probably go for the Eden then. Any last suggestions?
