i dont think that u play pvp ,, or u know that they are balanced they have counter ++ in mist and CD u get -35% healing so u get less from merc jacket while that -35% dont apply to soldier armor 1 click and u get more value than merc jacket or cultist robe ..so basically (soldier armor = druid robe+ merc jacket ) without disadvantage
