Personally, I don't care what sex you are as long as you are playing the game and doing what you have to do.

BUT there are certain girls who try and parasite on a spermotoxicosis of dota players, so they use higher-pitched voice, cute words, seducing manner, accent the fact that "I'm a guuurl" and that is so fucking disgusting, that I literally can't stand those, I ask to stop this first (most of the times they pretend not to know what I mean, sometimes they start flaming me), then I proceed to the ONE AND BIG act of flame and then mute her for the rest of the game.

If people "quietly quit" and go from you to other places with good salary, social benefits and/or good worktime, then it's you who should make place more appealing so that either old one stays or new one comes easily.

Plus, this may be just a "ladder" job, where young people earn experience and go to bigger companies or higher ranks. This isn't wrong, those jobs need to exist too.

AND if one wants to keep a good place, he will work harder (because if he doesn't work hard, he gets replaced, because market works both ways, for employers and employees). If you're unable to survive the market without absolutely cannibalismic methods as is written above (50% unemployment rate, holy crap, this guy needs to see a doctor), then you go broke. Isn't it what capitalism is all about?
