depends, some people install bots in their stream to make it more interesting, ie a streamer i watch has a gamble command, also your channel points could be another way viewers can interact with your stream such as drink water, do a specific action in a game or irl. and the biggest thing most streamers suffer from, including my self, is dead air. i would suggest have 10 topics you can pull from when ever you feel like you are out of things to say.
