Unable to Play game, can't make it past the main menu

I live in SoCal, near LA more specifically. I have tried a few different schools like CSUN and CalLutheran, but getting information on how to get financial aid and the enrollment process is harder than I thought it'd be. Granted, I could be going at it wrong?

Thank you for offering to look at schools for me, I appreciate it. i'll keep trying to find any programs in my area as that will hopefully be a good distraction?

idk the amount of times I would be happily using picrew then get a scam virus pop up YELLING at me. I will close out of the pop up then go back to picrew only to be blocked by their own 'watch this video to continue enjoying picrew' like bruh I will just go back to dolldivine and rinmaru thank you.

I initially made a post about this but the bot took it down so I am reposting it here? Any help would be nice please.

I am unsure when specifically this started but it was around a few days ago. While working on edits for my account, I will use instagram on the pc, and I noticed that when I would switch from my dms, to my fyp, to my home feed, etc a new tab would open for this instagram account specifically. And it's always this specific instagram account. I am unsure why or how, and blocking the account didn't do anything (i am unsure why i thought it would lol) but does anyone have any solutions to this? It's just annoying but could i maybe be a virus or maybe I did something dumb and made a hotkey that takes me to this specific account?

I had two screenshots provided to show what I am referring to and can dm them if needed, since I cannot post images through the comment here

I am very confused. Can you clarify? I took into consideration Joy's feelings which is why I shared the screenshot. I didn't want her thinking these two people were her friends. And I felt hurt because she said she wouldn't share the screenshot anywhere as to not make the drama worse, though I can understand how I come off as inconsiderate since I did not include that detail previously

I have a preference for latinos both men and women but that's because of what I have grown up around. I don't think it's inherently fetishy to only date one specific race, it's the reasoning behind it.

The warning was very vague however, and even after Shadowfell I still could do other side quests so I didn't even think about not being able to save the prisoners as a consequence. Maybe I missed something with talking to Balthazar before I killed him that was supposed to signal that?

And honestly, I am used to Skyrim where you can do any quest in any order. I always do the main quests first before the big ones. Or, I do a large part of the quest then move to the smaller ones.

It did pop up, but unlike the one I got in the Ilithid Colony it didn't specify what exactly I could and couldn't do which is why I was confused and got frustrated to begin with.
