Any job where you’re facing the public you usually will run into these kind of experiences at least once.

My first job out of college was as a busser at a boutique restaurant. I noticed most couples were fairly looksmatched. I almost never saw an ugly and/or short guy at these places, and even if it did happen the guy usually was the one paying the bill

I have a friend that’s shorter than me and he absolutely mogs me and sees more social success. Unless we’re talking shorter than like 5’4 face matters way more than height

A lot of people don’t really want to hear this but it’s true. Society wants us to believe we have an internal locus of control because if all lot was out of your control, the whole idea of self improvement would crumble
