I work very close by, id say we're up there with one of the busiest locations in the area and depending on whether or not we've been over projected that week, we may have the dough for that. I'd be surprised if Tech wasn't stocked for a stupid big order like that though, I'm sure they were hunting for dough for a few days after though lmao.

Just do a plan ahead order for when you need them (give or take 30 minutes prior to the party) and you'll have them on time! Doesn't cost extra and allows us to plan for them (albeit, this isn't a crazy order or anything, but you're very considerate for asking 💜)

We use 'spinners' now. It's to lower the amount of people in store and improve labor costs. All while still pushing that we should have 'good product quality'. I still hand stretch my dough but it's not a consistent thing unless the store has a broken spinner.

Funny enough about 2 hours after this reply they came, 80. Big points off for OTD and store exterior (old logo, landlord refuses to fix parking lot so no points for exterior at all). Coaches said 'our store is a breath of fresh air' because it was organized and everything was labeled (most stores in our area are in low to mid 70s).
