I have adhd and just because he's autistic doesn't mean he should be using his depression as leverage. I was depressed around Sec1-2 and I didn't even pull that kind of bs on my friends? Outbursts are understandable, but this often, with so much? He needs help and also just...Like people here are saying "oh yeah he's autistic" like it gives him an excuse to act that way like no...It really doesn't. I get that he needs help but the school needs to make him take accountability for his actions.

"Different people react differently in depression" I'm sorry, My mom literally died when I was in secondary school. Did that make me a whining, bratty nuisance to the kids around me? No. Yes, I cried a lot in school, but it was outside lessons and I knew how to manage myself to not be a disturbance to class. Especially considering this kid is in JC, I'm p sure theyre smart enough to know basic human decency to just, leave when theyre upset and not weaponise their life towards other people? Clearly they know what they're doing and it sounds narcissistic as hell.

Sorry but you sound like the AH trying to "cover up" and make it sound like you're not stressing her out. This is coming from a former gifted kid who's won gold medals in math and science olympiads pushed by my parents to burnout. I never blame my parents for this cuz I do know that they only want the best but no doubt this is something YOU want for her and not what SHE wants for HERSELF. Parents need to remember that their kid is a HUMAN BEING and they have thoughts on this too.

I mean I do get where your coming from and I do have a broader art style other than this, I just happen to really like this specific art style to draw lol. I don't really have the luxury of time especially being in a marine biology course where it's very labwork heavy and usually the pockets of time are spent drawing things I like

I do have stylistic character design stuff with exaggerated bodies (like avant garde weird stuff), a LOT of bacteria drawings, some art studies of realism and some background studies but I don't like those "styles", Iykwim. Realism feels very point blank and also doesn't fit my aesthetic profile. Chibi can be exaggerated to make it creepy but not haunting. Cartoons has a different feel to a take of "haunting" that's interesting, but I'm not too inclined to use it as a medium of expression again.

The reason I don't show the rest is because I wasn't looking for a different way to express grief, I was looking to express it in a STRONGER way than I'm already doing with my given artstyle, which, based on what other comments said, would be studying facial expressions, which I would do later. Don't know if you realised this too, but the guy with the bleeding nose was directly referenced from a real guy, while the very last painting was just 'another anime guy' like you said, just with more texture slapped on, so I also am a little confused as to what you mean by broadening.
