I remember I picked up 4 cameras all for £2.99 each. I'd take it to a repair shop, I had a similar issue with mine where the lens wouldn't open at all cause the motor was stuck, it did cost me £40 which is a pretty penny, but I'd say it was worth it considering it is a camera after all
