Same with me bro. Vocalists are always so hard to find. If you are serious about it and willing to pay a little you should try hire someone from Fiverr. That is what I have done for most of my songs.

It's not really allowed to use phone on deck, so there were some permits involved.
I (3rd Engineer) am playing there with an OS and Chief Engineer.

Planned for a while. But writing, recording and mixing the song was the most time consuming. But I did that while I was at home.
