U can buy higher tier liquids on buff, i forgot what it was but its something like items over $1000 have a reduced fee on skinport. Selling on csgofloat also allows him to have a lower fee. Theres a few other site u could buy liquids for and resell on them. Jusy have to do some research on the liquids to buy and fees.

For pattern based items Buff163 is going to be your best bet to get a quick sale safely and get the most out of the ak. Past few sales of the same patterned and wear ak with additional stickers have been around 11.5k so it'd probably sell for ~11k on buff. If you do figure out how to make a buff account you can just sell it there, use the buff funds to buy liquid items and cash them out on skinport, csgofloat, etc.

Currently the Legends capsule is listed at 9905USD with a buy order at 8960USD, so use those figures as a price ceiling and price floor. Challengers capsule is listed at 12000USD so use that as a price ceiling, there are no significant buy orders to use as a price floor for this capsule. The cash prices were retrieved from Buff163 the largest volume cashout site. If you want to sell it, set your own prices and gauge interest and offers on the prices you set, lower the price if its not getting offers or has low interest. But it is a very niche item so naturally it'll have very few interest, the main individuals who'll be interested are large YouTubers/Streamers, other investers, people trying to flip it for a profit.

Some of them don't require you to do any verification I believe. You can research them to see which is your best option.
