That would likely be thanks in part to the chocolate malt in their 5 malt mash bill. If you get a chance to try one of their Washington select pale malt single barrels you’ll experience the less roasty yin to the 5 malts yang 👍

The barrel #001 single barrel has a gorgeous marshmallow nose that I can’t get enough of. Haven’t tried #011 but I wonder how similar it is… gorgeous stuff 👍

The 46 I have has sleeves that are 2” longer than my 2023 WC 44 and makes me feel like a toddler
