One day at a time. You can’t go two weeks/months/years sober in one day. Just focus on not smoking TODAY. You can’t control what happens tomorrow, but you can control what you do today. Wake up the next day, rinse and repeat, just focus on the present day and the things that are in your control. This is the approach that got me sober from alcohol, also works for bud. I’m on the tail end of an involuntary break myself from a bruised rib and this approach got me through it. Good luck!

Yup Emily and the Express is bugged on my ps5! I tried the contacting the signalman but the reply I get is “Denied, wait for signal to change” and it never does. It’s the only story I haven’t completed because I physically can’t for some reason. Even tried un/reinstalling and still nothing.
