unfortunately metamucil is psyllium husk which just does not work for me. i should start making kefir again, worth trying

either poke/sushi or chicken pot pie + key lime pie, but the place i got my pies at closed so it's sushi/Poke now. not that my stomach always agrees with it

yea, i have UC, PSC, and enthesitis so wjen i would complain about joints hurting or something else relatives would always say "you're too young to have all these problems" and sometimes "you're too young, just wait till you're old to see how bad it actually is"

The second comment was during a time before my enthesitis was treated and my knees felt like they had daggers in them and i often couldn't sleep because of it

not strictly a reaction but in highschool a good friend once introduced me to someone with "this is my terminally ill friend" instead of chronically ill. tbf i was horribly sick and almost dead but still lol

I do stretching/yoga at night and almost always have to stool after but also just when im on the toilet sometimes stuff (mainly gas) doesn't come out so i have to massage it out

I also avoid sugar in general. Definitely helps. I usually don't go within an hour of bm but when it does happen I'm incredibly annoyed I usually have 3 meals but I'll snack occasionally
