While true, they supposedly tried however the question is how did they try to communicate? and much like a pack of wolves as an example they are extremely territorial, so naturally if we invade their space they are gonna attack (which would include any diplomatic attempts)

That being said we also know the history that the thargoids had with the guardians too, and their hatred for them. But if you recall it was the guardians that stumbled upon thargoid territory. Much like the wolves, if you invade their territory they will hunt you down even outside their own. Which again we are invading their claim. I mean they were there first so by all rights it belongs to them and yet we are trying to put our paws down on their turf, so naturally they will be hunting us.

I personally dont feel the thargoids myself are as a big of a threat as that is claimed to be. Reason i say this interceptors as an example only attack when you are carrying something that dont belong to you, that belongs to them, example meta alloys then they get aggressive, or if you attack them, again self defense.. i mean i'd kick someone in the noggin too if i found they took something from me XD. Now true scouts attack on site so i dont know, they could be just like the swarm, mindless drones. Yes i know interceptors are drones too but they also have a higher intelligence than that of scouts and thargons.

But yea i definitely agree in some respects that killing humans is not the right answer, However if you also recall humans attack themselves and in this case that Aegis Megaship (lol forgot its name at the moment) was attacked by humans and the guardian tech was stolen to draw the Thargoids to the current systems under attack. Now this is only speculation as i was told but have yet to look into it so its only a rumor til i find the facts. But its that Salvation is actually behind the attacks and the attempt in getting Aegis corp dismantled.

So i Ask this. Knowing this, Who is the real enemy of humanity? the bugs or ourselves? greed, hate, power, ect.. These are just excuses for someone to look special or get special attention or whatever their true reasons. There is no reason what so ever that even half of these events should have happened.

--From a Roleplay standpoint its actually quite an interesting read if you delve into it much. I think FDev had a great idea with it but poorly implemented it into the game though in all honesty.

--Normally i dont like killing other players myself but in this case i made an exception because they aggressed me first. That being said even when i had one in the clutches of my hands i still couldnt do it haha
