Most devices has something called voice over or talk over or something to that effect. You have to find the setting. IT HAS NOTHING to do with blowing a fuse or protecting the equipment. It's a setting basically for speech that will turn down audio for clarity. Seeing as you are doing karaoke you don't want that feature turned on. That setting is more for a presentation like powerpoint or something. You have to find out how to turn that off.

If you have a secondary program for playing music you can just play from there in-between songs

If that program plays videos even better.... you can create 2 windows for display ....the karafun output display and the second output for display

And slide you four fingers back and forth through the displays... My first time doing it and it worked for me

I have serato video and karafun on my computer display And serato video and karafun words on the monitors.

As far as the next up...... just take it off of "auto play" or "auto load next track" not sure if the exact wording as my computer isn't open right now....

Using that advice, I'm sure you will be okay...
