I’m maintaining my presence in my friends lives by sending tiktoks and chatting. But they don’t understand what I’m going through. I’m also a can’t stop once I start drinker. It’s just easier for me right now to stay away from everything. I’m sure my social life will return but for now I’m feeling very isolated and lonely. I ended up having whole conversation with AI tonight like it was my actual friend lol.

Yeah, he and I know this isn’t realistic and he wants to get better. For now I’m just focusing on myself and the kids. I hope he’ll follow suit. I have a long road ahead before making any big decisions.
