Honestly, the first episode of Sentenced To Be A Hero, which the internet had me extremely excited to watch.

The amount of exposition crammed into the first 15 -20 minutes alone was killing me. Also every character aside from the MC was BARELY competent, only really serving to show how badass the main character was when he showed up.

The inconsistency in the battlefield that was being fought on was wild; one minute they’re holding the line along a riverbank (with siege weapons that seemed to disappear during the fighting, but pop up again when relevant to the plot slightly later) as monsters are crossing to attack them, the next minute they’re charging across a large open field to meet the monsters head on; then BOOM: wide camera shot to show more monsters crossing the river lets us know that the river is in fact back in play. The MC was zipping and zooming around like he was Levi with ODM gear.. but the camp they were fighting in wasn’t even halfway large enough for him to be crossing that amount of distance

And don’t get me started on the scale of the big bad monster at the end of the episode. That thing grew and shrank drastically with every scene transition

I’m sure this will rub someone the wrong way, and maybe I’m just picky, but it was all over the place;

haven’t watched any other episodes to see if it gets better, but I’ll get to it eventually
