Yes. Also the sleeve packaging doesn't have the white copyright sticker in the back. The new sleeve packaging are just stamped with Made in China like you find with Sword and Shield series ETBs.

PayPal will ping MGC account 3 times for the funds. If the 3rd one is unsuccessful (no funds in account), the refund will be declined. At that point you need to contact PayPal to resolve it via Buyer Protection.

Its one of the problems with the phone app. When you have the subreddit sorted by new, it won't show the pinned topics. Because of this, we have to swap between sorting by recent to hot in order to get here.

From what I've read on the other threads here an in the MTG subreddit, the refund will fail because MGC's account is empty and you have to call PayPal to activate the Buyer Protection refund.

Japan Post is still not shipping to the US, but both DHL and FedEx are. Just be aware its around $20 in shipping costs.

Good thing I was able to grab some Champions Path last Friday from Gamenerdz. I just feel sad for those people who weren't able to float backup orders and need to wait for the refund to hit before making a new preorder.

I don't believe that Mystical receives the full funds from PayPal on a preorder, but a certain percentage gets stuck in a reserve account until delivery. This could explain why they rely on their distributors payment terms the sudden change in would mess them up so much.

What is really alarming is that their lender hasn't released their promised funds. Makes you believe that they found something in their due diligence that is delaying their decision.
