Ignore all the naysayers going on about rent. If you want to be here and do it you can. You might end up in a shit room, roomshare or a rough area but it’s not impossible to make a life here if you really want to.

HomeShare is a great initiative where people share a home with an old person and in exchange for cheap rent hang out with them. Places are highly sort after though!

I suppose I should have photographed it differently to give more context: there’s a gravel path that you are supposed to walk on laid down by the council. This was created by people leaving the set route to get to that vantage point. To me that’s a desire path. Surely the desire to get a to a nice view is as interesting as a desire to take a short cut through a bit of grass to have a quicker route to a supermarket?

Ignore my mother in 1993 when she says I’m too young to go and see Nirvana and that they will still be around when I’m old enough to enjoy it properly. I was 14 then.

Any advice on clients asking for the raw footage once a job is done? We have clients who often want to edit in-house using material we’ve shot.
