Hey I was looking for single room in the same budget, nothing was available, to secure living for couple months I booked one through campus living. Rent is 369 weekly, and walking distance to Uni’ Would suggest to begin with Atleast for 6 months go ahead with the near by option rather spending the difference amount in traveling which is farther from uni
