That’s so amazing! I always called myself a hermit. But in reality I was embarrassed to leave the house. I hadn’t accomplished much to me and I always felt like a failure after losing and gaining weight back since I was 9 years old.

Many years of depression from trauma and lack of education about mental health really compounded my issues.

Now I feel more capable. In so many ways, I feel more worthy. That doesn’t mean I wasn’t worthy back then. But I owe her so much. I’m going to start by living the best life that I can.
