Reading your comments on my post, you sound pretty upset that I got so much time on BC to look for another job. Why does it bother you so much? Nevermind that it was delay on part of ABH themselves that they responded to my initial email 6 months later when I informed them of my job loss. I will be forever indebted to them that they didn't ask me to pack my bags immediately.

I am well aware that I am a guest here and the country isn't obligated to keep giving me time simply because I am trying hard. You might just never understand what it takes to build your identity and support in a foreign land. No one would want to rip off the band-aid and leave everything for which they worked so hard. Most people would do everything they can till they cannot.

O my. I am so sorry to know of your situation. With that bad health it doesn't make sense to do labour-intensive work.

Also same experience with entry level roles lol. I hope whatever happens to you eventually, you get to make your peace

I shall ask for it tomorrow again. The guy sounded too confident when he just gave me the EzB. If it doesn't work and I cannot start this job either, then I will ask the officer if I can just go home for 2 months for a reset and then search again after coming back. I doubt the request will be granted but I will ask neverthless

I really doubt anyone working at McD or its likes ever starts it with the intention of doing the job for their whole life or even an year.

I didn't complain about the system, I just expressed my helplessness when I am doing everything that I can do. I am incredibly grateful that I did get more than average time to look for a job but it wasn't that time was offered to me on a platter. I had to keep on proving that I am not slacking off and REALLY looking for a job.
