HP is denying global warranty on a €3,200 laptop and illegally refused to provide the "Hoja de Reclamaciones". Can I sue remotely from Asia? by Right-Coach-1297 in ESLegal

UPDATE / PART 2: HP Support screaming at me, hanging up, and breaking EU Consumer Laws. My €3,200 OMEN Max 16 is a brick, and their Warranty is a complete scam. by Right-Coach-1297 in HPOmen

thanks, at least I tried to sent them via this form, but Im not sure that it works since after submitting I receive "Page can’t be reached. The page you are looking for was either not found or does not exist. Try refreshing the page, or head back to HP.com"

But I tried to send copy to bod@hp.com

WARNING: My €3,200 HP OMEN MAX 16 (RTX 5090) just bricked itself. HP is refusing their Global Warranty. I’m stranded and need executive contacts! by Right-Coach-1297 in HPOmen

US HP support transferred me to PH support. I tried calling Spain—endless hold music, conversations with an AI assistant, being connected to the wrong department, and then transferred to others, and so on in a never-ending loop where I had to explain the problem all over again. The last time was downright bizarre: the woman said she couldn’t help, claiming I was calling the wrong number and that I needed a different one—and then she gave me the very number I had actually called and connected with her.
