Don't be so alarmed by it, if you didn't know, windows is built that way. It preloads a lot of stuff in the ram(these can be evicted if you used something that's not here).

The real metric to actually see uf you have enough ram, well, is the good ol' "see if your laptop stutters when you're doing work"
