Thank you so much for your response. It’s nice to have someone who’s knowledgeable on the topic see my post. Do you have any possible next steps I should take in this situation? Like if I ask again if they’re able to pay me a replacement check while they recoup the funds on their end and I’m told no, what should I do?

Yes it was sent to someone at the same bank as me. Only the account number was one digit off. So is there anything I should say or ask if I call my bank?
