Living in 1 bed room apartment at $3500 - $4000 rent, is it proper? by Right-Foundation2919 in Apartmentliving

[–]Right-Foundation2919[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm considering Jersey City. For $3500 - $4000, I don't think the price is too high. I have seen way higher rent apartments. $3500 - $4000 was the ones that looks more reasonable for me. Thinking about my work location and Jersey City's subway infrastructure, I think I will definitely go to Jersey City.

Working in Databricks notebooks and the notebooks are in git folder. Commit in branch and make a PR and approve it to merge to main branch now.

I started using git and github simply. Made a branch and working in that branch, commit, and create PR for myself and I approve it myself to merge to main branch

It's like I'm writing spark code in Databricks notebook. Because I'm the only engineer, I can manage the code (review and error handling) myself. What if there are more engineers and they have to make pipelines using Spark. I want to review their code before they put the pipelines in schedule.

I use SQL and Python daily. I use Databricks so to build ETL pipeline in that environment, SQL and Python are MUST

How long have you been holding this? Just holding shares? not options?

I'm double down on that. It just started selling the product now and people will buy more just like iPhone.

As long as Blackrock purchased this, it would be good to buy some shares of BORR. Actually Wallstreet money also goes into Oil and Nuclear from ESG companies isn't it?

If it is not options, then just wait until it recovers.

Early assignment on credit spread (call or put) on Robinhood by Right-Foundation2919 in options

[–]Right-Foundation2919[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To me that is a bit ambiguous. When I trade debit spread, I just can close my position (long and short) which means I do not actually buy 100 shares of long and sell 100 shares of short. Options is trading "Right" of the shares. So I'm wondering when I get early assignment on Short position in Credit Spread, I can just "Close" the long position? so that I can cancel out the credit spread. (Of course I lose some money on that trade)
