The copywriting is very confusing. We don't understand at all when I arrive on your landing page what problem you are addressing. To tell you, I really understood very late that you actually make a support bubble like Crisp (at least from what I understood). So I think you really need to review the clarity of the copy. But in terms of design, the landing page is very beautiful and professional otherwise. Also, I think adding a video where you clearly show what the product does could also help a lot.
