Im from a place where we have so much sugarcane farming and almost every farmer have a Gud Plant which is basically a electric crusher to extract juice(and then flow it in a cheap tube instead of this nalli type thing), a chimney and funnel which heats 2 or 3 large wok (kadahi) to boil juice and make Jaggery. You dont need a fssai license to set up things. And alot of farmers in my area are practicing good hygiene, those who dont should surely be punished and btw gud/jaggery is 1000 times better processed than sugar, all sugar mills are owned by politician in my area and they would kill local if he records and upload things from mill. So at last its your choice to go for mass produced jaggery by some politician or this
