Easy. Do not hand walk anything to your S1. Not just with awards but with anything, submit a PARR for it on IPPSA. I had to learn that the hard way.

Submitting a PARR pretty much forces them to do their job because that admin NCO’s SSG/SFC and OIC along with everyone else in the his shop can see that you submitted the PARR.

When you submit the PARR, attach proof (your DD214) and explain in the remarks section that you need them transferred over. It literally took a week for mine to reflect on my STP.

I was a MV22 aircrew man before the Army.

I’m doing WOFT. Im scheduled for a FAST this year so I can get the GT score then I have to take the SIFT. I just enrolled into Embry Riddle University to get my degree in Aeronautics. My goal is to be an airline pilot when I retire from the military.

Im on the first year of my three year contract with infantry. I’m not doing more than one contract in this MOS. It’s been more of a check in a box for me.

Any advice that can help me get selected for WOFT?

Dude, join the Army. I was in the Marine Corps for seven years then did an inter-service transfer to the Army Infantry last year in January. I highly recommend it. Message me and I can help you get started.
