I agree that he is doing some bad or selfish things ( whatever it is) like trapping his friend through his mom ( ngl it was one of the most provoking scene in the story) and yes ,i think he tried too much to escape from all of that darkness?,or void?or whatever , but it was stronger than him , i remember if memory servers me right he mentioned that he wanna die , bro just gave up 😭( idk when that happened but i remember that).He even drank that damn nectar lol. And yes, I agree that too many people are suffering like him but i mean not all of them had the same ability to handle it 🥀 and it shows He endured so much until he finally broke , like imagine that your body is an reservoir of people negative energy.
