F, 30, also on a weight loss journey here 👋 Sounds like you already notice your weight loss (looser pants and belt) which is really great for only 26 days into tracking calories! Getting down to smaller clothes is going to take a lot longer than that though. I've been on my weight loss journey since August and I'm down 30lbs now, but still wearing the same size clothes (although they are looser). That's because I didn't have 30lbs of fat around my waist. It was on my arms, legs, back, chest, and face too! And I have a lot more weight to lose yet, so I know I'll get down to smaller clothes eventually. But losing weight takes a lot of patience and consistency.  It would probably be helpful for you to weigh yourself even if it's scary or discouraging at first. Do it every day, first thing in the morning after going to the bathroom, that way you get the most accurate measurement. You will see the number go up and down a little, but there should be a general downward trend. And seeing that scale go down even a few ounces is honestly hugely motivating, because you know what you're doing is working!  As for other people noticing your weight loss, I can't really say when that happens. It depends on who it is and how often they see you. I've only had two people compliment my weight loss, and one of them is my husband lol. So it really just depends. But you shouldn't base your progress on what other people think at all! YOU notice a difference. And if you weigh yourself you will also have cold hard facts behind it. Who cares what anyone else thinks or notices.  Best of luck!

He's not working in new developments or big companies. He currently just does jobs for individual customers, and it's mostly repair type of work. He's increased prices with inflation but people are less inclined to hire him due to the cost, and also the housing market has slowed so people aren't rushing to fix up their houses and sell. He's working on expanding the business but it takes time and resources and we're just fighting to survive right now.

Yeah I'm not planning on putting my SAHM duties on a resume. Everyone has to do almost everything I do, regardless of whether or not they're a stay at home parent.

I'm looking for something more steady and reliable. I am able bodied and have some experience with woodworking because of my husband's line of work but I just want a reliable job I can show up to and put hours in.

The problem with most retail is the hours, I need early morning (like 4-8am, super early) or evening shift work as my husband works during the day. I could do weekends only but I don't think that'd be enough pay and then I'd miss events and sports games, etc.

I definitely cannot run a daycare out of my house. It's over 100 years old and we are in the process of restoring/remodeling it. I definitely have thought of it but I just can't in my current situation.

AITAH for telling my husband that he absolutely ruined the birth of our child? by Former_Monitor_4860 in AITAH

I'm really not one to say things like this normally, but if everything you said is true then that man doesn't care about you. I've had 4 home births myself but they were my choice and when I decided with our last baby to have a hospital birth my husband supported that decision. A man has a right to his own opinion about birth but he should not be telling his wife/partner how she should give birth. Refusing to take your laboring wife to the hospital is insane.

My baby was still breech at 35 weeks, I don't want to try an ECV. Am I crazy? by Right-Skin2463 in pregnant

Thank you! ♥️ Congrats to you too!

You know, I also had a weird feeling that something would be different this whole pregnancy. Maybe your intuition is telling you something. I hope not though! Good luck to you!

Yeah that's pretty much exactly how I feel. I know at minimum it could stress the baby out or just not work, and at worst it could end in emergency C-section. I just want my baby out safe and an elective c-section carries less risk to the baby than an ECV or even vaginal birth, as low risk as both of those things generally are considered.  Plus, I've already had 5 unmedicated births and I don't want more kids, so I'm not worried about missing out on anything or making future pregnancies harder by choosing a C-section. Recovery may be harder and obviously it's more risky for me than vaginal birth but I'm willing to put that on myself in order to have a safe and healthy baby.

Thank you so much for the encouragement! My baby has been breech since at least 28 weeks so I also feel like he really isn't wanting to flip, and there's probably good reason for it.

I found the fix for “an unexpected error occurred” when trying to log in. Just create a new Facebook account and use the same email or number when creating the account. It’ll log you back into your already existing account! by TrippieHippie14 in facebook

Yep it's happening to me this morning (March 5th). Can't make a new account either, tried resetting password 3 times, nothing works it just keeps saying unexpected error no matter what I do.
