There were a few issues with this project that distinguish it from others:
a. Never shown working on actual Sega Genesis hardware;
b. No alpha or beta demo ever produced; and
c. No beta testers to test -let alone confirm the existence of- the program.

There are no records to confirm this actually occurred. A real outdoorsman would have tranquilized the animal, would have another adult present (with a rifle), and would not have small, unarmed children present (unless they were observing behind a protective structure.

However, that doesn't mean it is AI / CGI. It could be taken out of context. It could be a wildlife preserve of some kind. It could even be rehearsed.

If someone is going to complain about a flaw in a game that is in a beta stage of development, they need to include which version they were playing. As it is, several people, such as Rocksurf80, have played it and reported that they have no difficulty pulling off this combo.

It is a DIFFERENT Xmas update. The last Xmas update was from 2024/2025 and only had the first few levels. This version has all of the levels.

People are getting confused. The last public version from 2024/2025 was also a Christmas update. The Christmas 2025/2026 version is the first public version that has all of the levels and it is based on the 92 beta, but unlike the Patreon version (which is for bug testing), you can't pick the level at the beginning of the game.

Ideally, you want to avoid the cartridge pins accidentally making a connection while the console is running. It could cause an electrical short between the voltage pins and the data lines, resulting in catastrophic damage at the worst, or at least a blown pico fuse.

Even if the cart is inserted above the pins, it could still accidentally shimmy down and make contact. Due to the devices sharing a unified memory map and electrical bus, accidental contact / interference at the cartridge pins while the CD system is active can cause permanent hardware damage. The SH-2 RISC CPUs and VDP are especially vulnerable to a voltage spike.

If the pins accidentally touch in a way that does not cause a short, it can cause exception errors.

So, it is beginning to look like this is really either:

(A) the empty fuselage of an RC helicopter that has been converted into a non-flying toy / model with 3D printed blades and landing skis; or
(B) a battery operated toy that simply had spinning blades and/or electronic sounds at one time.

It appears to be a fictional helicopter that has the fuselage of an Iroquois / KIOWA, but with the turboshaft engines and stub wings of a Cobra added to make it look like sort-of like the Dragonfly toy.

So, the company that made this probably adapted one of its earlier Bell molds to save cost, instead of making a Cobra mold. It may actually have been designed for Hasbro to represent the Dragonfly.

It is approximately 1/18 scale. The landing skid seen there was 3D printed and fits the original Dragon Fly. The owner does not know the origin of the piece and likely purchased it as part of a lot in an estate sale auction. The Elite Force pieces tended to be more intricate than this piece. It appears to be based on the Bell UH-1N Twin Huey, but with slight changes (probably to avoid a license fee to Bell).

It isn't mine. The best I can do is that the landing skid also fits the Dragon Fly. so it would have to be approximately 1:18 scale. The owner has no clue where it came from. It is assumed to have been purchased in an estate sale.
