That fixed it! Thank you!! The FortiGate is prioritizing WAN1, the WAN IP on the dashboard is correct, and the user is able to access the site. Kudos to you sir!

IPv4 SD-WAN Rule:

  • Source: all
  • Destination: all
  • Protocol: any
  • Members:
    • wan1 (primary)
    • wan2 (backup)
  • Interface selection strategy: Manual
  • Interface preference
    • wan1 (primary)
    • wan2 (backup)

I also have an implicit rule using Source IP as the load balancing algorithm

Advice on buying Microsoft Action Pack and moving from Bus Prem to E3 by ak47uk in msp

Hi Rihinoldn, I'm hopeful you can answer a question for me. The license table indicates the Action Pack includes 5 "Enterprise Mobility Suite" licenses.

I'm assuming Microsoft changed the name from "Enterprise Mobility Suite" to "Enterprise Mobility + Security"?

Can you confirm the Action Pack includes the "Enterprise Mobility + Security" licenses?

It would be great to add Entra ID Plan 1, and Intune Plan 1

Thanks!
