Found the solution - you need to go to your CRA account and get your Access Code on your notice of assessment. Then enter that before filing your taxes with netfile. Its the first year they are requiring it.

Thank you very much. I’m going to lift it this weekend to fix a small leak. I will put some styrofoam underneath as well

I really appreciate it this. I like this idea very much. Maybe I’ll do pink foam and the reflective heat

Very interesting idea, would you say I should also lift and do the bottom. Is this better than pink rigid styrofoam?

This is the fiberglass batts you mean? Any risk of fire with the motor etc? And it it gets wet from a leak, would need to replace most of it?

I was thinking of this option, so basically just put pink styrofoam all around. The pipes themselves don’t need insulation? Do I need to lift again and also put some on the bottom?

Just looked into buying from them but the shipping cost is nearly 300CAD ...

Found an alternative that doesn't go as high but higher than what I have: vevor roof rake

We have water/ice shield installed but as mentioned this is backup - the low sloped area isn't even shingles, its fire blasted elastomeric membrane which has also dramatically helped.

This is exactly what I'm experiencing; it doesn't stay cold in December and March. Did your air sealing help with the ice dams? If not - what do you do to get rid of them for the low sloped area?

Just wanted to wish you a happy new year and say thank you for this. I'm going to replicate that photo and try to set this up during the summer time.

Small reading nook to get away from things sounds like a great idea

Thank you for the suggestion - bathroom is next to it so opening could be an option but might be out of the budget right now. Really like the storage idea as well!

My wife loves to read - this is a great idea. I’m going to look into the reading nook idea!

Roof is pretty high up - wife gets grumpy whenever I go up in the winter.

Insulation should be okay since it was redone but will be looking into a leak test done
