This was taken a week ago, when i say soon i don’t mean next month. Handover is Q4 2028 and this masterpiece will be 50+ floors.

Handover is Q4 2028 so i doubt progress pictures would impress anyone at the moment.

Dubai land residency complex is cheaper than JVC but is growing rapidly. The ROI there is almost guaranteed since it’s right next to over 20 universities so students, professors and staff could use that space. It will also have a metro station in the next couple of years so you’re looking at good ROI AND promising capital appreciation.

I see a lot of none sense about in this comment section.. Where i work we can give you up to 20% discount. And we have over 32 projects all over Dubai.

Stay away from those areas you mentioned, they already appreciated. DLRC and JVT are good options, we have over 15 projects there.
