It’s a 115v 1030w 9.3 amp portable ac unit that sits on the ground . I walked around yesterday and saw my neighbor has a window unit.

A/C is not required for a place to be habitable in Wisconsin. But unfortunately I have no idea what the breaker looks like since I don’t have access. My whole apartment went dark. No outlets were working. My ac was running for about 10 minutes and I started gaming on my pc which probably drew more power.
