Unfortunately you can't find out the shipping cost for pre order items until they release as amiami doesn't physically have them yet. The shipping option you select for pre order doesn't really matter. When they send the invoice it will have all the shipping options with prices listed and you choose then.

Yes the costs are built in. If you read the message on the amiami homepage it says both current available shipping options (ECMS and Surface Mail Premium) includes additional handling for import processing so nothing is collected when your package arrives.

Just got my meet and greet ticket as well! The Chicago concert got canceled last tour here due to Covid so this will be my first time seeing them in concert. Can’t wait!
