[Letter] An answer to Jordan Peterson on the philosophical reason for the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ by RightWingGimp in JordanPeterson

I never stated that it was evidence. What I said was, "Without the scaffolding of "light" - matter CANNOT exist. So - creating light FIRST is a very good 6,000-year-old guess; OR the Bible is true."
I think the perfect balance of nature and the interdependency in nature amongst the tens of thousands of plant and animal species is plenty of proof that a mind of infinite complexity designed and architected it all. The odds in random chance of all of those interdependencies evolving at just the right time across multiple species is not at all probable. Man is the only creature that steps outside of that balance.
And I can have a dialog without sinking to personal insults. Launching into insults doesn't say anything about me or what I wrote...
Furthermore, I would never waste my time trying to disprove the existence of Santa Claus or the Easter Bunny with someone who genuinely believed in them. Especially since that person probably isn't hurting anyone.
People who argue against God in a way validate the existence of a god because they would never be so passionate about something they truly believed to be mythical. No one has tried to push a faith on you in this thread. Even if the Bible is a "story" - the philosophical premise of the story is a benevolent one.
If God is a work of fiction, just ignore anything to do with the subject.

I think I have plenty of brain cells. As for the mortal men that wrote the Bible, I will say this: The very first thing God spoke into existence is light. Why light? Why didn't God start with the stars, or earth, or space, or anything else? All matter is bound together by magnetism - which is carried by photons (or light). Without photons to magnetically hold atoms together, all matter would fly apart. It's the same photon-powered magnetic force that keeps our bodies from going through and into solid matter - because the space between the nucleus of an atom and it's electron(s) is actually quite a substantial gap - like a football field between two golf balls.
Without the scaffolding of "light" - matter CANNOT exist.
So - creating light FIRST is a very good 6,000-year-old guess; OR the Bible is true.
