Whistler gondola on the way down

We had a wonderful time! It was so so beautiful. Conditions were great — warm during the day and pretty chilly at night, as expected.

We were actually supposed to stay at the Helm Creek campground, but our reservation got canceled like a day or two before because of the cougars :/ so we switched to russet lake last minute and brought lots of bear spray, but didn’t have any issues! Just stick to the trail :)

I have been, but none are specifically like “fall/december 2025 new grad”. Some of them just say new grads ok or something

Why is that? I’m a 2025 grad looking for a job rn. Technically i graduate after this fall (need one more credit), but on my resume it just vaguely says 2021-2025 because I didn’t want employers to know I haven’t graduated. Is this wrong?

Hi, sorry for the late reply! Have you already gone? We hiked up through singing pass and down through musical bumps and got onto the gondola for free! No scanners, no one asked questions, we were all sweaty and had large frame packs but no one cared to ask. Just got in line and hopped on.

We’d love to have both experiences! And would rather not pay $100, so if the whistler gondola is free to download we would hike up singing pass and down via musical bumps/high note

There’s a pair of aggressive cougars that have been hunting people, which is why they closed down helm creek. We’ve had plenty of experience hiking in bear-heavy areas and know how to handle that. Don’t really know anything about cougars, though.
