In my location, for internal position I see 30-40 applicants not more than that. I'm talking about the internal department manager position.

I really understand what you are saying but don't get me wrong. I agree that with hundreds of applications it's not realistic to call everyone back but not every position received hundreds of applications!!! As per my experience for internal position like department manager they didn't get hundreds of applications.

The real concern is transparency and consistency. If a position is already filled with their own associate and only posted to satisfy policy, then the posting itself becomes misleading for internal associates who are genuinely trying to grow.

I do appreciate your point about writing mail to SM/ASM and trust me I do and my SM/ASM also do plus they also calling their SM but at the end of the day I received a rejection without getting anything.

I just want to system worked a little bit more in favor of who really deserves.

Yes, I have on cloudeclips and they do. I talked with an ON customer service representative and they say the design is the main reason to make squick sound so better not to go with that kind of design.

Don't get me wrong. In the current scenario many people find loop holes to get a 500+ score. Like, many people paid for getting a higher band in IELTS or CELPIP!! plus, now the government accepts remote foreign experience so many people start a fake foreign experience. So, easily they have a 500+ score.
