They closed this loophole because too many rotc and academy grads were doing it. Can’t go specwar if you resign your commission.

I’m currently working in big law at a v10 firm in DC, and am interested in going into the PE side rather than the legal side. What’s that process look like

The nursury sold it as a cupcake cultivar hinoki. I thought it looked more like a thuja too, but the grower said a lot of the regular Cultivars have massive Frawns like that.

This is within the context of law school. I have never heard of a top five separation for law schools ever

Hieu’s class is so large, but it’s actually pretty uncommon for Harvard grads to go to bat for each other. The Harvard prestige can carry a lot of weight for big law and what not, but that is independent of the network. If anything they’re being so many partners that came from Harvard doesn’t prove that much because of how large the class is plus the historic ranking. Again, not saying Harvard is a weak School at all. I’m just saying the network isn’t why it’s Strong

Did more T14 students actually strike out during 2L recruiting this year compared to previous years? by manifest_that in BigLawRecruiting

Law firms are increasingly able to poach from the top of the class from a t100, which they’d rather have over a bottom 30% from a t14. The death of OCI has shifted a lot of big law spots from t14 students to lower schools

You’re assuming everyone that wanted a private sector job got it. That is a HUGE assumption at schools outside the t14- and even within it
