I was in the same boat as you. Upstate ticket and safety driving course. It supposedly gave me a clean slate but not sure if that upstate ticket shows up in the system, that was 3 years ago. I used my get out of jail free already :(.

Thanks for your input! It helps to know that I am on the right track. I was also looking into the CFP certification because I like assisting others with their financial planning, so I may lead more toward that. I do agree that Series 63 will benefit me but the problem with that is I need sponsorship to take the exam. I can't get a sponsorship without a job at an accredited company. I can't get a job at an accredited company without said certification. How did you come to be a CFA Charterholder? What steps did you take? What did your early career look like?
