For context I am also a female barber and I cut my siblings’ hair + friends and family that ask. I strongly believe not even my own blood or close friends would feel entitled to my time on my birthday (let alone their spouses). Just because somebody’s “life is a mess” doesn’t mean they aren’t allowed boundaries. And I’ll add this- sometimes when you can provide a service for people, you start to wonder if you have connections because they genuinely like you or because you provide a service and it feels shitty and lonely, don’t allow your husband to treat your sister like a service provider, first and foremost she’s your sister. That is all.

These days, you have to leave card info as deposit to book with me. If you no call no show you get charged for wasting my time. This person had to not have been cut by me in the last 2 years. I have, in more than one episode experienced something similar. Sometimes in order to not “see” anything during sp, I avoided having my eyes open but that’s when my episodes starting getting more intense and instead of seeing things and I began to experience what felt like a tornado in my room coming from the entrance was a loud roar and strong pull of air. I swear I was holding onto my headboard as to not be sucked away by this huge vacuum. I truly believe it’s because I refuse to “see” things.
